Customers must inform us on the order via the ordering form or email for confirmation on stock availability.

2. Order details (itemcode, color, size, order quantity)
3. Payment mode
4. Delivery mode
Postage: Indicate addressee and mailing address, registered or normal mail.
Pick-up personally: Only at SengKangMRT. Appointment to be arranged. Special request for alternate meetup location/timing may be considered.
Upon receipt of your email, we will confirm your order and revert back with the payment details within 48 hours.
Customers must inform us (via email) the transaction code after payment has been transferred. Upon receipt of your payment, goods will be processed and delivered via SingPost. If stocks are avilable, it will be delivered by 7 - 10 business days.
Number of days for your order to arrive:
~ 5 - 10 days if item is INSTOCK.
~ 7 - 14 days if item is PRE-ORDER.
~ We do not accept anymore orders for out of stock items.
All prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars (SGD). All prices indicated are inclusive of shipping fee from overseas to Singapore. Price include postage for delivery by normal mail but excludes registered mail postage.

PAYMENT TERMS

POSTAGE / SELF COLLECTION (FOR LOCAL)

a) Normal Mail - Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly by Singpost postman. No tracking number is available for normal mail.
Postage for Normal mail:
1 - 3 items: SGD 1.50
4 - 6 items: SGD 2.50
7 items & above: SGD 3.50
b) Registered mail / Self-Collection - Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep by Singpost postman. For registered parcels, the article number & tracking number of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the delivery status of your registered parcel at http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp
In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is additional SGD 2.50 to normal mail postage.
Postage for Registered mail:
1 - 3 items: SGD 4.00
4 - 6 items: SGD 5.00
7 items & above: SGD 6.00
The same price applies if you choose to pick-up your order personally. Collection is only at SengKangMRT. Appointment to be arranged. Special request for alternate meetup location/timing may be considered.
DreamsDrobe shall NOT be held responsible for any item lost in the mail delivery. Thus, customers are strongly encouraged to select the registered mailing option.

No cancellation is allowed once payment is transferred. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
We DO NOT accept exchange or refund of items UNLESS for the following reasons:
- Items delivered are of different model/color from your order.
- Payment was received but the ordered item is permanently out of stock.
*We make sure our suppliers have the stocks for your orders before accepting any payment to avoid disappointment.
Please be rest assured that all our items have been inspected to ensure good condition before mailing out.
If you do not wish to take any risk, we accept meet-up at our specified locations.

All specifications / measurements are provided by overseas supplier, thus actual measurements may vary, please allow 2 - 3 cm difference in measurements.
